Prayer bracelet

The prayer bracelet wraps around the wrist like a rosary in motion, a perpetual spiritual cycle, a silent invocation wound into the material. It is the link between the hands that act and the heart that prays.

In some cultures, it is made of 33 or 99 beads, sometimes 27, 54 or 108, depending on the rituals it accompanies. It is used to count prayers, repeat a mantra, or calm the mind in a meditative flow. It can be made of sacred wood, semi-precious stone (agate, onyx, quartz, sandalwood), or knotted cord like blessed Tibetan bracelets.

It is sometimes adorned with a small discreet symbol: a cross, Om, star, moon, protective hand. Worn throughout the day, it becomes a constant reminder of the divine presence, a source of peace amid turmoil, a living, portable tool of faith.
